Returns & Refunds

• Return window: 14 days after delivery.

• Conditions: item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

• Exceptions: personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

• Procedure: contact us at infowaxinthebox.com to receive return instructions.

• Return shipping costs: borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

• Refunds: processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

• Damaged/defective items: contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at your choice.
